Ved eventuelt bortfall av elektronisk kommunikasjon, telefoni og strøm, vil det bli etablert oppmøtestad ved kommunehuset på Hundorp og ved barnehagen i Lia og på Harpefoss. For innbyggjarar i Espedalen er det Dalseter som er oppmøtestad.
Her vil det ved behov bli gitt nødvendig informasjon til befolkninga.
